Pinehurst
The logo is very bold and has been created to be memorable. The main logo does not contain the word ‘Pinehurst’ written out, however there is an option if need be.
The olive branch has two significant meanings, one being a representation for all the olive trees planted in Pinehurst. Olive branches also signify peace which is exactly how one would feel in Pinehurst. At peace with their surroundings, safety and community.
The colour palette makes use of mainly a navy, green and subtle grey. These are all very calm yet impactful colours, there are accent colours available for a pop of colour if needed.

The welcoming gift bag is something the new home owners would receive when their keys are handed over. This gift bag is a starter pack for those who are new to the area. It includes two fridge magnets, one with the emergency contact numbers, a tote bag, usb and a bottle of wine to enjoy in their new home.

The website is a hub where the community can have access to a variety of blog posts, updates on security, hidden gems, events and even information about the amenities available in the area. The website is also the home of the property value calculator, as many people are purchasing homes as an investment. They are interested in knowing how much their property is worth in the ever growing property value of Pinehurst. The website also allows visitors to get in touch with Pinehurst admin as well as join the Facebook page ProudlyPinehurst.
Personal Branding
For my stand I chose to go with a stand that will cover the entire wall behind me. This stand is able to balance by itself because of the wings out of the side. I made use of the flower and wavy pattern that I have used throughout my branding. I have also made my logo glow using an additional level and lights behind a vinyl sticker of my logo, this is very effective and makes my stand pop even more.
My business cards are designed to be the housing of my Jibbitz and pins. I used a flower punch and a stencil, which I 3D printed, to ensure the flowers were always in the exact same place. I used the pieces that popped out, as the confetti on my table. The Jibbitz are then placed into the flower and are secured using a little 3D printed clip. The design of my business cards, stand and portfolio are all very similar and make use of the same design elements.

For my collateral elements I chose to go with Jibbitz, pins, a lanyard and to be on brand I even got my nails done in my brands colours. My Jibbitz and pins do not have my logo or branding on, however they are made in my brand colours as a reminder to those who wear them about me. My Jibbitz and pins are the same designs, the pins are simply for those who do not have Crocs.

The designs of these two items are an answer to “What Roxy Does” such as always drink iced coffee even on cold days, believe in retail therapy and a phrase I always say. My lanyards are also sleek and simple because lanyards are normally branded all over, and while my branding is on this lanyard it is more about the colours.
